The Opportunity:

 

As the Director of Product Marketing, you are responsible for the Product Marketing function at Blackpoint Cyber. This role is the glue that binds Blackpoint’s product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.  

 

You are the expert on our buyers, users, our product, and our value proposition. As the connective tissue between our product, marketing, and sales teams you will define our GTM strategies, market narrative, and product positioning.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Strong experience in selling and marketing to channels market especially MSPs and mid-market enterprise.

  • Build the strategy and drive the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, content creation, positioning, etc.

  • Experience developing product use cases and writing appealing product copy and content for a variety of use cases.

  • Partner with the demand generation and global marketing teams to design and launch campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and impact brand awareness to target partners 

  • Drive GTM strategy for Blackpoint’s product offering including support the execution of effective lead generation programs through new business and customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising.

  • Gather customer feedback and input of product offerings, issues and suggestions for future enhancements and roadmaps.

  • Produce competitive analysis including battle cards and other collaterals to enable our sales org to articulate BP’s value proposition  

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing function for SaaS solutions and the cybersecurity space.

  • Proven experience being self-directed and working with minimal supervision 

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering GTM plans 

  • Strong technical background in top industry leading marketing tools 

  • Strong ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology 

  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills to measure KPIs of the organization.

  • Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks to fulfill business objectives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
