What Your Role Will Be

Spreadshirt, Inc. is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing North American team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid marketing campaigns like Google, Social, and Funnel Campaigns. Candidates should demonstrate expertise and a history of success in these areas.


This role provides the autonomy to explore and experiment with new marketing channels while crafting and implementing robust performance marketing strategies. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory, providing you with tangible results and a clear understanding of your contribution to our success.

What You´ll Do

  • Develop a strong performance marketing strategy along with an execution plan
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Work closely with management team to share improvement ideas, feedback, and present results
  • Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency businesses
  • Collaborate with Design and Content Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
  • Establish & maintain commercial relationships with relevant Creator Economy technology, distribution, and promotion partners
  • Other duties as needed

What You´ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven success in Outside Business Development, Paid Marketing, and Funnel Campaigns Management.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Experience with Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Openness to constructive feedback and coaching
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated patience and resilience
  • Willing to be onsite 3 days/week at our office in Pittsburgh
