Join our team at Griswold as a Franchise Marketing Advisor and help our community “live assured.” We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our participating franchise offices with tailored marketing, advertising, and publicity efforts.
What we will expect from you:
- Strategize and perform local marketing assessment with participating franchise offices on effective marketing efforts
- On an ongoing basis, engage with participating franchise location(s) to:
- Audit digital presence and make updates and improvements as needed.
- Assist with local video productions and publications on the correct channels.
- Customize E-mail Blasts using templates.
- Facilitate review solicitation and response management.
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence.
- Write and distribute press releases.
- Review ongoing content ideas and business goals.
- Some travel required to conferences, meetings and events.

You will be successful in the role if you:
- Have 3 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Experience within a franchise or multi-location business is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (ex: SOCi, GatherUp, Constant Contact).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with content management tools and programs
- Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Creative, imaginative, inventive, and original
- Works autonomously and takes initiative
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
