Join our team at Griswold as a Franchise Marketing Advisor and help our community “live assured.” We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our participating franchise offices with tailored marketing, advertising, and publicity efforts.

 

What we will expect from you:

  • Strategize and perform local marketing assessment with participating franchise offices on effective marketing efforts
  • On an ongoing basis, engage with participating franchise location(s) to:
  • Audit digital presence and make updates and improvements as needed.
  • Assist with local video productions and publications on the correct channels.
  • Customize E-mail Blasts using templates.
  • Facilitate review solicitation and response management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Write and distribute press releases.
  • Review ongoing content ideas and business goals.
  • Some travel required to conferences, meetings and events.

You will be successful in the role if you:

  • Have 3 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Experience within a franchise or multi-location business is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (ex: SOCi, GatherUp, Constant Contact).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with content management tools and programs
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Creative, imaginative, inventive, and original
  • Works autonomously and takes initiative
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
