We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team within the growing Marketing department. The role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, management, and measurement of ABM programs to generate and accelerate pipeline for global target accounts.
Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and execute personalized account-based marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement resulting in net new sales opportunities with target accounts
- Coordinate with in-house & agency designers to develop campaign themes and assets
- Work with Content Strategists to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, blog, display, web and email) that lead to pipeline acceleration in our ABM campaigns
- Continually monitor and iterate on campaign efforts after launch to optimize and drive incremental leads
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts
- Responsible for the implementation, and management of effective account-based marketing campaigns.
- Help build an ABM scorecard to measure and track account engagement via various marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
- Experience with intent-based tools like DemandBase, 6Sense, Terminus, and Bombora to analyze and use intent data in ABM/ABX campaigns
- Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
- Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
- Experience building, launching, and maintaining ABM/ABX campaigns and target account programs
- Understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer’s journey stages, and sales pipeline metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required. BS, BA, or MBA in Marketing preferred

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.
The US base salary range for this role – $77,800—$145,500 USD
