Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) brings together internal business operations that provide support to all Amex business units. As part of EDDS, the Enterprise Channel Performance Enablement team supports digital marketing initiatives at scale.
The Analyst role will oversee audience deployment to support our acquisition, customer & brand media teams. While also managing global vendor relationships, ensuring the Enterprise has the tools needed to build & execute on data-driven audience strategies.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Manage audience deployment processes across Business Units, Vendors & Markets
- Track Vendor performance & contract utilization
- Manage relationships & contracts for key vendors
- Oversee platform governance, ensuring bet practices, managing usage, and facilitating a privacy-first approach
- Collaborate internally to create and deploy audience segments
- Drive expansion of international audience strategy
- Work cross functionally to support media and site teams across prospect and customer lines of business
- Expand Amex’s audience solutions by testing into new beta’s and ad tech
- Manage People Based Marketing processes and governance
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years in digital media
- Thorough understanding of the digital landscape
- Experience with ad tech platforms: DMPS, CPDs and DSPs
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- A strong self-starter who is comfortable working with multiple team son various projects
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams – excels in a team environment
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess a strong ability to adapt, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
