Team You’ll Grow With: 135+ person marketing team, this role will directly lead a team of 4 (digital paid media and email marketers)
What Winning Looks Like:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies through email and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business goals through initiatives and customer insights in the email, paid media, SEO, and other performance marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing strategists (paid media specialists and email marketers) by providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and achieve team objectives.
Skills Needed To Win
- 6+ years of experience in email marketing and other performance marketing channels, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
- Performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C space
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, Marketo, or similar
- Demonstrated success in analyzing campaign performance data, identifying insights, and making data-driven decisions for optimization
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
- E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix, but is not required
- HTML experience preferred but not required
- Experience in supporting email tools like reputation management software (i.e. Validity) and/or testing software (i.e. Everest, Email on Acid, Litmus) is preferred, but not required
- Lead gen/customer acquisition experience is preferred, but not required
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000/year + profit sharing + benefits
- Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
