We are looking for a talented Associate Marketing Manager, Paid Search to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to our Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. As an Associate Marketing Manager and key member of the Marketing team, you will bring your passion for data, marketing, and adtech to one of the largest growth channels at TeePublic, working across paid ad channels to provide actionable insights and optimizations for marketing channels through precise measurement, structured testing, and inventive analysis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns as they relate to the profitable acquisition of customers
  • Act as the main point of contact and manage the relationship with platform partners
  • Summarize and report on digital marketing performance using our suite of analytical tools and methods.
  • Collaborate with our Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Product Management teams and other cross functional teams to develop, test, and optimize our global strategy across the different platforms. Help shape product strategy and execution.
  • Leverage your analytical abilities to look beyond the numbers in our paid marketing channels and understand how our members interact with our website to grow the business
  • Actively manage Search, Shopping, and Youtube campaigns
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and professional communication skills by developing and delivering business facing materials, such as presentations and performance reports
  • Utilize business acumen to work closely with other teams to identify and fully understand business needs, campaign performance objectives, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of paid marketing and channel management experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with agency or start-up experience preferred
  • Experience in paid media that drives Direct-to-Consumer and retailer ecommerce outcomes preferred
  • Deep, hands-on experience using some or all of the following: Google AdWords, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping and product feeds, preferred
  • Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Center, YouTube Studio experience preferred
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills including functions, pivot tables and lookup tables
  • Strong experience with pulling and manipulating data to prepare regular performance reports, synthesize results and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Google Ads Certified preferred
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail with an understanding of marketing & advertising ethics, including but not limited to privacy laws and working in a cookie-less world

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $65,000-$80,000 at the time of posting.
