The Galleries Marketing Manager is responsible for driving retention and product adoption among Artsy’s gallery partners as well as high-quality new business leads by designing and executing campaigns that align with company objectives. This individual will collaborate with product and sales teams to define value propositions and messaging for all of Artsy’s gallery product features and other business initiatives.
Reporting to the Galleries Marketing Lead, the Galleries Marketing Manager will ensure our partners get the most out of Artsy’s offerings to grow their brand, connect with collectors around the world, and further the careers of the artists they represent.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, execute, and report on go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new product and business initiatives, including email, in-product, and landing page copy; audience targeting for existing and new customers; design asset coordination; and PR opportunities
- Empower the sales team with clear and impactful talking points, sales scripts, FAQs, and trainings about new and existing product and business offerings
- Maintain and update sales decks, recurring email campaigns, and website content related to Artsy’s product and business offerings
- Collaborate with the analytics and sales teams to identify product adoption metrics that drive success for the business and can be influenced by marketing campaigns
- Provide industry insight, and collaborate on solutions that meet the needs of our galleries and business
Who You Are:

- 4+ years of experience in relevant marketing or sales enablement roles; 2+ years of go-to-market experience preferred
- A proven track record of effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge of the art gallery landscape, galleries’ needs, and how to communicate effectively with galleries of various sizes
- Able to translate product and business initiatives into compelling, easy-to-understand pitch materials and sales talking points for sales teams to use
- Proficient writing skills (technical, sales messaging, and marketing) and ability to tie company initiatives to Artsy’s brand and value propositions
- Results-oriented and thrive when navigating ambiguity and working under tight deadlines
- Exceptional project management, organization, and time management skills; meticulous attention to detail
- You are currently authorized to live and work in the USA
- You must be located in New York City. This is a hybrid role and office attendance 3+ days per week is expected

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
