Imperial is seeking a strategic, operationally-minded B2B Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement programs, and cross-functional marketing efforts across our key markets. This role is focused on supporting our sales teams and their customers—not brand awareness—by building pricing structures, selling strategies, and tools that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in product marketing, cross-channel coordination, and campaign execution. This position manages two direct reports and collaborates heavily with sales, product development, and IT.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all B2B marketing strategies across Imperial’s sales channels and product categories
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies and support go-to-market success
- Own the creation and execution of tools and programs for sales teams and their accounts, including pricing structures, catalogs, flyers, and email campaigns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product marketing and maintain expert knowledge of our channel partners and their needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning
- Partner with IT and development teams to simplify and improve sales tools and workflows
- Develop marketing goals and objectives to reach target audiences through the right channels
- Oversee the Imperial B2B marketing budget and the financial performance of marketing plans
- Manage trade shows, sales meetings, branding events, and other promotional activities
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, providing direction for creative materials and sales enablement content
- Serve as a key point of contact with sales teams and external partners to ensure collaboration and message consistency
- Travel to company events, trade shows, tournaments, and sales meetings (15–20% travel expected)
- Perform other marketing responsibilities as assigned
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or similar experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales performance and customer engagement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to deliver results through strategic planning and tactical execution
- Experience with internal and external marketing tools and technology platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing systems)
- Background in apparel or golf industries is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
