EDDY’s Brand Engagement Marketing Manager is part of the Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications team. This dynamic and fast-paced position plays a central role in crafting, maintaining, and refining efficient post-inquiry nurturing and remarketing campaigns in a B2B capacity. You’ll leverage best-in-class marketing automation technology, combined with your experience and our strategic approach to build and manage automated marketing and nurturing services to deliver thought leadership and move prospective clients through the consideration process with compelling, personalized messaging to. Here Are The Abilities We Seek Out
- Develop lead nurturing strategies using best-in-class marketing automation technology and strategies
- Configure and set up complex automated workflows within the marketing automation software to ensure powerful results
- Coordinate and manage the creative development for nurturing campaigns. (ex: emails, social ads, etc.)
- Develop messaging that promotes our various product lines to targeted audiences
- Create audience segmented lists and schedule one-off email deployments
- Develop case studies, ebooks and other downloadable marketing content focused on moving prospects to consideration and action
- Support the integration of marketing tech stack, including marketing automation and CRM software
- Join forces with other members of the team to develop a full-funnel strategic marketing plan, put it into action, and report effectiveness
- Execute content, messaging, and design tests for optimal performance
- Support Business Development activities with message development, RFP responses and pitch presentation optimization

Educational Requirements And Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field of study
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing a mid-funnel engagement strategy in a B2B setting, including the development of audience segmentation and product or service marketing.
Required Skills
- Proficient in setting up and leveraging email marketing automation platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, Activecampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to plan, execute and analyze A/B testing
- Understanding of lead qualification and lead scoring strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point) with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience in Higher Education a plus
