he Manager, Off-premise Brand Experience will play a large role in supporting the share growth of the Buffalo Wild Wings GO brand (in-bar and standalone). This role will identify opportunities to maximize brand performance, and lead the execution or influence the execution of those opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead components of developing Off-Prem/GO brand strategy, for example, consumer target, competitive set, brand positioning, menu, pricing, and promotional strategy
  • Manage the planning and development of Off-Prem/GO brand calendar
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute Off-Prem/GO calendar and brand initiatives
  • Concept, validate, and launch sales driving tactics
  • Influence strategy and tactics to drive near and long-term Off-Prem/GO Sales, by partnering with teams such as Revenue Management, Operations, Digital Retail, 3PD, Digital Experience Performance, Category Management, and Integrated Marketing
  • Ensure visibility and usability of Off-Prem/GO brand reporting (Ex: Sales, VoC, etc.) and facilitate conversations with cross-functional teams to action on data
  • Build competitive analyses by monitoring competitor activity to inform strategic brand decisions

Experience:

  • Preferred – 4 year degree in Marketing or related degree
  • 5 years in marketing, strategy, digital, or similar role for a consumer retail brand
  • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills are required
  • Strategically minded with strong business acumen
  • Creative and logical problem-solving to build brand and Sales
  • Ability to develop scalable ideas and ensure execution
  • Project management experience with ability to drive on time delivery and motivate peers
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with proactive thinking
  • Superb written and verbal skills
  • Experience with MS office suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
