Freshpet
The responsibilities of the Brand Manager will include:
- Project Management: Project lead on product line-extensions, product renovations and marketing activities (consumer, promo, PR, e-com, etc.) related to our portfolio of brands, working with cross functional teams. Solid project management skills from planning to execution and final assessment.
- Category Analysis & Business Analytics: Assist in analyzing Freshpet sales, forecasting and new item launch data, converting raw data into actionable insights for the Marketing organization. Be the expert in the product category segments you are developing helping conduct in-depth market analysis to inform brand strategy.
- Championing the Brand: Assist in passionately telling the Freshpet story through the creation of selling materials and organization of trade shows, sampling events, and external consumer and customer engagements.
- Strategic & Creative Problem Solving: Assist Marketing Director by working with internal and external teams to create new ideas to drive brand growth.
Work Experience Requirements
- The candidate should have 2-3 years working experience, preferably in CPG, strong desire to make a positive impact early in their onboarding, and a passion for marketing
- Highly organized and have the agility to be an independent worker while being highly team oriented
Education Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree required
