We are actively seeking a Brand Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role’s primary responsibility will be developing and implementing holistic brand strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals, informed by thorough market research. Additionally, it entails spearheading new product development initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to address consumer needs and drive growth. Furthermore, the role encompasses leading integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement, alongside tracking performance metrics and fostering collaboration across various departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

As our Brand Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, revenue and share goals.
  • Defining innovation architectures and roadmaps for portfolio brands.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Insights, Product Development, Customer/Consumer Service and Sales, to develop a three-year new product pipeline addressing key unmet consumer or customer needs and unlocking new avenues for growth.
  • Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Managing the development of compelling and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in brand strategy, planning and execution within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proficient project management skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accountability to plan.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
