The Senior Associate Brand Manager will support the Alt Channel marketing team in its fast paced environment and aggressive plans for growth. The team’s goal is to deliver 2x growth rate of the division. This role will be responsible for identifying foundational business insights to unlock growth, support the execution of multiple innovation launches, create robust selling materials and lead and execute a strategic project. The role reports to the Sr. Product Manager, NA S&E Design and will also provide support and insights to S&E Delivery lead.
Responsibilities
- Monthly business performance analysis and identifying insights to action across forecasting and innovation planning
- Support the strategy development of the Club 3 Year innovation pipeline through landscape assessments, trend review and competitive analysis.
- Support the execution of the Club 3 Year innovation pipeline for Spice & Seasonings with day-to-day project management, including brief writing and coordination of package design reviews and product tastings
- Support customer Sell-in initiatives with sample preparation, and development of compelling new item content
- Make recommendations to Club leadership for innovation product choices
- Lead and execute a strategic project, critical to the growth ambition of the team
- The Lead resource for cross-functional partners of all club innovation data and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing , or related field required
- 1-2 years of consumer products or related field experience
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- High accountability to manage work plan while balancing short and longterm asks
- Strong personal accountability along with ability to engage with multiple cross-functional resources, building relationships to influence project outcomes.
- Good understanding of syndicated retail data analysis (IRI or Nielsen), financial analysis, market research and business planning
- Good written, communication, and presentation skills
