Position Overview:

 

The Brand Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our brand initiatives across digital and physical platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of digital assets, event coordination, and social media management, as well as project coordination to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is based on-site in Las Vegas and reports to the Director of Brand Marketing.

 

Time Allocation:

  • 10% – Social Media Asset Management
  • 15% – Event Coordination & Support
  • 25% – Social Media Scheduling & Coordination
  • 30% – Project Management
  • 10% – Marketing Materials & Asset Pulls for Photoshoots
  • 10% – Reporting & KPI Tracking

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Digital Assets & Social Media Coordination: Manage and organize digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards.
  • Execute daily posting and scheduling across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), with timely and relevant content.
  • Collaborate w/ Copywriter to edit & review social media captions, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including product launches, community events, and brand activations, ensuring smooth execution from planning through post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (creative, contractors, etc.) to manage and execute campaigns, projects, and events.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and incorporate best practices into our strategies.

Project Management:

  • Lead the organization and coordination of marketing projects from concept through completion, using tools like Asana or Trello for efficient tracking.
  • Track key project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.

  • Strong understanding and execution of digital asset management and social media strategies.
  • Flawless execution of event coordination and project management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, allowing seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to stay on-brand, whether creating content or organizing events, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, especially when managing multiple tasks or changing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, solving problems and driving results.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management, event coordination, social media platforms, and project coordination.
  • Prior experience in social media, event coordination, or marketing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar platforms).
