What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand development, social media, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully evolving a prosumer business to an enterprise-focused model. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive brand evolution, engage our audience through compelling social media strategies, and oversee all creative aspects of our marketing campaigns. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development:
- Lead the evolution of Polycam’s brand identity to resonate with customers and organizations using Polycam for business.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Brand Strategy:
- Leverage experience in transitioning from prosumer to enterprise marketing to guide Polycam’s strategic shift.
- Identify and target key customer segments and execute campaigns that address the unique needs and pain points of prosumer and enterprise clients.
- Creative Leadership:
- Oversee the development and execution of all creative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful marketing materials including video ads, email campaigns, and articles in B2B industry publications
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach among our core audiences.
- Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with brand values and enterprise customer interests.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand development, social media management, and creative direction.
- Proven experience spearheading the transition from a prosumer business to an enterprise-focused model.

- Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
