Arclin
The Brand and Marketing leader is accountable for the company’s brand ownership and strategic marketing leadership. The role provides for brand deployment and guardianship across all functions and communication platforms, as well as execution of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns. This leader will strategize and lead effective brand and marketing campaigns in partnership with C-suite and business leadership. This individual leads the core marketing team development and leverages other (cross-functional and external) resources to achieve results consistent with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activation plan for the corporate brand, including internal and external stakeholder communication plan, and the rollout of new PowerPoint templates, email signatures, brand video/sizzle real, and swag
- Leadership and development of the core marketing team through coaching and direct supervision
- Promote and incorporate Arclin’s ESG identity (internal & external) and community engagement, including partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop promotions, organize community events, and charitable activities
- Support the new website development and launch by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to update website content, provide creative contributions to design, and own the ongoing maintenance and updates of the website post-launch
- Digital marketing oversight, including social media strategy, email marketing, website development and maintenance, SEO, and other digital platform management
- Develop and maintain strong network of external partners and agencies for support as needed in specialized marketing disciplines, including graphic design and trade show booth construction and asset management
- Partner with internal business, G&I, and strategic leadership to develop vision for Arclin trade show booths
- Own the execution of trade show booth design and construction, and marketing and sponsorship activities at other events including industry conferences, customer appreciation events, and charitable events
- Plays an integral role with Growth and Innovation activities, ensuring ideation and product development aligns with the corporate brand
- Support product launch efforts collaboratively with strategic, business, and G&I teams to align with corporate brand and objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior work in brand leadership and launch coordination
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience with marketing team leadership
- Finely tuned communication skills and organizationally agile
- Proficient in online marketing and social media strategies
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, or similar
- 10 years experience involving primary or secondary responsibility for development, implementation, and execution of strategic branding and/or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to travel
