The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of marketing plans and the srategic vision of the business. In this highly collaborative role, the BRand Marketing Speciaslit works cross functionally to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, initiatives and activations for the organization.
Overview Of Responsibilities
- Understand Sprouts’ key differentiators and Customer Segmentation to effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Enters campaign briefs to communicate and activate campaigns in project management systems
- Maintains master marketing calendar for accurate, real-time visibility to the team
- Schedule deadlines for planning, review, and release, tracking projects through the appropriate process
- Fosters content collaboration among marketing channel owners
- Actively contribute to streamlining processes to ensure that quality, on-brand content and design is produced efficiently across marketing and creative teams
- Attend and participate in cross functional team meetings to understand business priorities
- Proofread and edit marketing materials as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Show a high degree of organization and self-motivation
- Ability to remain positive and flexible to manage uncertainty and change
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Detail oriented and results driven
- Understanding of how to represent both retail and consumer brands well across a variety of communication channels
