About The Job

As a Brand Marketing Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping Madden Media’s narrative and elevating our brand presence among our target audience. You will join a talented team of communicators and content creators to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that resonate with communities, including DMO decision makers, stakeholders, and residents.


Responsibilities

Serve as an integral member of Madden’s internal marketing team, supporting the agency’s marketing communications.

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues on external communications and marketing content development.
  • Bring forth ideas and identify resources, technologies, and processes that would accelerate and strengthen the communications program.
  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive strategic communications plans and messaging for key business initiatives and industry thought leadership.
  • Ensure all content is consistent, clear, and accurate for relevant audiences.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce high-quality content for websites, email, social media, and other initiatives.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to cultivate thought leadership brand narratives.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to build awareness of services and brand.
  • Ensure that Madden Media’s “voice” is on-brand, consistent, and relevant across all communication channels for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, competitive activities, market trends, and consumer feedback to assess the effectiveness of innovations, promotions, and other brand initiatives.
  • Manage Madden’s internal editorial and social media calendar
  • Support promotion initiatives at industry conferences
