As our Brand Strategist, you will…
Design powerful communications briefs that spark disruptive creative and media ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with account management, diving deep into data to craft a holistic view of our client’s businesses, category dynamics, and cultural trends. Your insights into human behavior will drive innovative solutions that deliver real value for brands. You’ll build and nurture relationships with clients and internal agency teams from all disciplines, working together to create unforgettable campaigns.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Partner closely with Research, Data Science & Analytics, Creative, Account Management, Media, and User Experience teams to design industry-leading solutions that customers enjoy and celebrate
- Recommend and implement research, listening methodologies, and data hacking to gain insights that address client business issues
- Work with clients and internal agency teams to create the strategic vision for the brand
These Are The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Account Planning, Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, or other related Marketing Strategy expertise within an advertising agency, marketing services, and/or consulting firm
- You will thrive on the impact you can have on bringing ideas to life and are interested in all forms of strategy, planning and thinking.
- Knowledge in media, digital strategy, and/or multi-channel planning
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to support strategy development

- Curious about the customer experience and their journeys, with a desire to identify high-impact opportunities to connect with a brand
- Discern customer insight and “human truth” from data (experienced partnership with data analysts and data platforms
