The Channel Market Manager is responsible for driving best-in-class marketing to, with, and through Resideo’s channels. The incumbent will create joint marketing plans and marketing activities aligned to Resideo’s strategic priorities, building marketing-generated opportunities and a measurable, actionable pipeline of business.
The incumbent is expected to work independently as well as within a team
JOB DUTIES:
- Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies.
- Develop new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
- Development and execution of 12-month marketing calendars
- Create and execute distributor specific marketing activities and promotions
- Optimize marketing campaigns to improve their return on investment (ROI)
- Provide/analyze campaign results
- Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
- Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
- Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments
- Work closely with Category Marketing for collateral/sales enablement tools
- Collaborate with sales to support customer needs
- Work with category marketing on new product launches
- Develop pitch decks for new products
- Develop plans with sales to support hitting Say/Do on new product launches
- Manage and execute on budget plans in support of growth initiatives
- Work with Demand Planning/Inventory groups on promotional forecasts and related initiatives
- Mentor other marketing team members
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
- 5+ years of channel marketing experience.
- Understanding of B2B sales and distributor channels management
- Basic understanding of MDF
- Ability to plan, organize, control, and coordinate multiple activities
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats to all stakeholders
- Ability to present in person to senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including finance leaders, sales leaders, marketing, leaders, law department leaders, product development, and engineering
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to travel as directed (up to 20% travel may be required.)

SALARY RANGE:
In compliance with applicable laws, Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be performed in NYC, Colorado, Washington, and California. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role is $105,777 – $184,023.
