Compensation range: $110,000-$130,000/annually
Location: Seattle, San Francisco or Los Angeles

Porter Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts across all hospitality properties. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Director will oversee the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Creative Director, property teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand strategy and on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and elevate guest experiences across all Porter Hospitality properties.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, in-store promotion, PR, and traditional advertising.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, providing guidance, professional development, and support in executing marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships with brands, influencers, and media outlets to amplify Porter Hospitality’s reach and reputation.
- Guest Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and guest experience, leveraging digital tools, CRM, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally to promote the success of each program represented across Porter Hospitality properties, including food and beverage, events, and retail.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team with internal departments, external vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Professional demeanor and appearance with ability to handle confidential issues with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions and exercise prudent judgement with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload, adapt to changing priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines. Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
- Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences. ·
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn in house programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably with a multi-location hotel brand or restaurant group.
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, preferred.
