About The Role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the full spectrum of digital marketing activities, including content development, social media strategy, and UX/UI collaboration. As a Content Creator, you will work closely with Website Advisors, Marketing, and UX/UI Designers to craft compelling campaigns for our active accounts. This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility, but requires a local candidate who can meet with the team and occasionally with clients across New Jersey and New York City. The role is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for individuals eager to utilize their current skills while developing new expertise in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Ability to demonstrate and understand UX Research, Strategy, Interaction, or Visual Design skills
  • Ability to discuss and explain design mockups effectively
  • Understanding of social media content creation for marketing purposes
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work/program experience
  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program or similar academic course load
  • Access to a functional desktop and laptop computer with high-speed internet connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Create baseline graphic designs as instructed by JRT leadership
  • Produce mockups for social media content aligned with campaign goals
  • Conduct ongoing user research and competitive analyses to inform design strategies
  • Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and leadership
  • Create, maintain, and adhere to established design systems and guidelines
  • Provide research and administrative support for special projects as assigned
  • Present findings and make actionable recommendations based on research
  • Support departmental goals through assigned work and participate in team meetings
  • Research and write engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content visibility and engagement
