Neumont University is seeking a Content Marketing & Campaign Strategist to join its high-impact marketing team. Focused on “Improving Lives through Education,” Neumont delivers hands-on, career-driven education in computer science and technology fields.

This role is central to developing compelling content, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and strengthening the university’s brand presence across all channels. The candidate will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, designers, and social media teams to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create persuasive, on-brand content across web, email, ads, and landing pages
  • Manage editorial calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns (enrollment, awareness, events)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Develop and maintain brand messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign delivery
  • (Optional) Contribute to video content creation and strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in marketing, content, or communications
  • Strong copywriting portfolio across multiple formats
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and audience targeting
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education or enrollment marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Video production or scripting experience
  • Interest in technology or innovation sectors

Additional Details:

  • Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
  • Supervises: 1 part-time employee
  • Schedule: 40+ hours/week with occasional evenings/weekends
  • On-site role in downtown Salt Lake City
  • Includes responsibilities within the campus community and events
