Both Lighting USA (A division of FSL INC) is a rapidly growing event lighting manufacture and brand delivering high-quality lighting products to small and large scale event companies nationwide. We are looking for a Content Producer & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our content, help execute marketing initiatives, and play a key role in growing the brand.
Position Overview
As our Content Creator & Social Media Manager, your main goal will be to create, edit, and distribute compelling video and photo content across all our digital platforms. You’ll be the go-to for all things content — from capturing footage at conferences, to editing creative funny hook ad videos and snappy social reels, to managing our social presence across platforms. You’ll collaborate with our CEO, office staff, affiliate influences, and ad management team, ensuring the whole team is aligned and executing on the marketing strategy plans set forth by you and our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Produce video, photography, and digital content for BLUSA’s marketing channels
- Capture and edit content that supports product launches, brand storytelling, and social media initiatives
- Maintain a consistent visual and creative standard aligned with the BLUSA brand
Social Media & Digital Content
- Support content creation for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Assist with planning and executing content calendars
- Develop engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement
Marketing Campaign Support
- Contribute creative assets to support marketing campaigns and product promotions
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing partners on campaign concepts and creative direction
- Assist with visual storytelling that supports the company’s brand messaging and growth
Conference & Event Coverage
- Attend industry conferences and events when applicable
- Capture video, photography, and recap content that supports BLUSA’s marketing initiatives
- Produce media that highlights product demonstrations, brand presence, and event experiences
What We’re Looking For
- A driven, creative, and self-motivated individual with a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Familiarity with current social media trends and platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube)
- Video editing skills (experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut is a plus)
- Experience creating engaging, entertaining, and trend-driven content
- Organized and proactive — you can manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Owning your own gear is a bonus, but not required (we can provide what’s needed)
