We’re seeking a future team member for the role of to join our BNY Advisors team.

We are looking for a Content & Product Marketing Specialist at Senior Associate level to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a hybrid working role.

The Content & Product Marketing Specialist will contribute to the development of content including thought leadership to bottom-of-funnel sales collateral pieces. This role will work closely with other members of the marketing team as well as teams across BNY to ensure that our products and services are positioned effectively in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, extensive collaboration, and creative execution.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop high-impact, market-facing collateral including the creation of presentations, handouts, brochures, thought leadership, social content, etc.
  • Contribute to the development of a full-funnel content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels.
  • Align messaging across content, collateral and sales tools to match our clients’ primary needs.
  • Execute marketing plans and campaigns to support product roadmap and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build deep product knowledge, positioning and value propositions and leverage these insights in marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain periodic materials as well as enhance materials with creative story telling.
  • Lead editing and production for Investment Institute, including layout for simple pieces
  • Work across sales, marketing, and product teams to establish product positioning and messaging and ensure company-wide alignment.
  • Develop value-oriented materials for each of our solution offerings and enable GTM teams on how to use them effectively.
  • Drive awareness of BNY Advisors’ offerings, and expand the broader enterprises’ understanding of our strategy, product vision, solution capabilities, customer focus, and partner ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships and partner with subject-matter experts to deliver best-in-class marketing materials with focus on supporting strategic growth priorities.
  • Content asset lifecycle management – across all forms of content, manage repositories of materials (Seismic, SharePoint, AEM)

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 3-5 years of product, integrated, and/or content marketing.
  • Experience creating compelling content for distribution (sales collateral) as well as experience developing content for use across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, and social media.
  • Strong writing and editing skills are required – samples will be requested.
  • Experience developing/contributing to go-to-market plans for new/enhanced offerings.
  • Demonstrated excellence collaborating cross-functionally with team members across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexities.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to continuously understand what resonates best with our audience and the best content type/channel for communicating it.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Experience crafting presentations and collateral in a variety of mediums.
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • A mix of creative enthusiasm, analytical thinking and exemplary communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a high-paced, often changing environment in a complex, highly regulated industry.
