Are you a master storyteller who knows how to turn complex products into compelling value propositions? Fagron Brands and Essentials North America is searching for a curious, innovative, and high-energy Content & Social Media Strategist to join our North America Marketing Team.
This is not just a writing role—it is a growth-driver role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our content, from high-level B2B whitepapers and email funnels to agile, trend-driven social media campaigns. You are a self-starter who lives for the “hook,” thrives on deadlines, and knows how to capture the attention of busy healthcare professionals and compounding pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize high-converting copy for newsletters, website landing pages, lead-gen emails, blogs, and technical info sheets.
- Social Media Management: Own the social media strategy and execution. This includes maintaining a 365-day content calendar, identifying viral trends, and creating engaging posts that position Fagron as a thought leader.
- Platform & Tool Management: Manage the technical upload and scheduling of marketing assets. This includes formatting blog posts in the CMS, scheduling social media via management tools (e.g., Sprout Social), and configuring email deployments within our marketing automation platforms.
- Creative Project Management: Act as the “internal client” for our design team. You will brief and manage designers to ensure social media graphics and marketing collateral are visually stunning and brand-aligned.
- Value Proposition Strategy: Deep-dive into our product lines to extract and articulate the “why.” You will translate technical features into benefits that ultimately drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Trend Spotting & Ideation: Actively research pharmaceutical compounding trends and news to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and authoritative.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage multiple internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with larger business initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO best practices in all web copy and track the performance of content across channels, providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in content marketing, social media marketing or a related digital role, preferably B2B
- Proven track record of managing professional social media accounts with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
- Must provide a portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and the ability to capture a specific brand voice across different media. Please include a writing portfolio.
- The “Self-Starter” Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments where you are expected to take initiative and work independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
