Key Responsibilities
- Design outcome-driven content frameworks and AI workflows
- Establish governance for AI-assisted content creation, retrieval, and usage
- Define clear processes, metrics, and ownership to ensure operational effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and adoption
- Standardize terminology and taxonomies to improve discoverability and AI retrieval accuracy
- Define and track KPIs to measure documentation impact and self-service effectiveness
- Continuously evaluate and optimize content performance for AI-enabled experiences
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry practices
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and MFA
- Proven experience designing information architecture, metadata schemas, and structured content models
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, including prompt development and optimizing content for AI retrieval and generation
- Extensive experience creating structured, modular technical documentation in complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead content transformation efforts from gap analysis through standards definition and organizational adoption
