Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Research, write, and edit original content using SEO best practices for category, product, and other website pages
  • Develop and monitor campaigns, complete tasks on time, and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to create content and ensure consistent and accurate messaging
  • Flexible writing style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand voice
  • Use correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and structure
  • Basic to advanced typing and computer skills and a willingness to learn SEO Marketing Platforms and Workflow Management Systems
  • Must be flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
  • Some customer service shifts will be required throughout the holiday season, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Other duties that may be assigned by leadership

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in writing and implementing grammar principles.
