Amplify
Amplify is a globally lauded agency looking to add a copywriter to our growing team in the United States. This role will heavily work alongside our client TikTok to produce a variety of educational materials to help creators grow on the platform. You’ll be briefed on new TikTok platform features and initiatives, and asked to transform technical language into engaging narratives that resonate with creators, driving in-app usage and product adoption.
This includes but is not limited to short-form video scripts, articles, webinars, decks, one-pagers, and campaign narratives — all written in TikTok’s voice and strictly following their brand guidelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and quick on their feet (or keyboard!) as you’ll be expected to handle multiple projects with clarity and accuracy. You’ll collaborate with the team to give your input and ensure brand consistency across all assets, so an eye for detail is also crucial. Already know TikTok like the back of your hand? Key Responsibilities:
- Create fresh and engaging content, including scripts, articles, webinars, decks, and one-pagers that turn tech jargon into compelling stories.
- Ensure written content matches project tone, voice, and brand guidelines consistently.
- Revise content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence based on client feedback.
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking for content credibility.
- Adapt content for various formats and platforms, optimizing messaging accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create cohesive and appealing visual content pieces.
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Utilize TikTok knowledge effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-4 years of work experience, some corporate experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, and embrace change
- Can work PST hours
- Extremely organized, able to prioritize content creation with tight turnarounds and manage multiple projects at once.
- Bonus if you have skills in editing, design, or project management.
