The organization is looking for a Creative Lead to help shape how the brand is expressed across marketing. This role focuses on developing creative ideas, improving the overall quality of marketing work, and elevating how the organization shows up across campaigns, launches, and events. This individual will work closely with the Head of Design and marketing leadership, contributing creative thinking and helping bring ideas to life through collaboration with the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to how the brand evolves and shows up across marketing
- Provide creative direction for launches, campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with marketing teams including demand generation and field marketing
- Work with designers to bring ideas to life through high-quality execution
- Help elevate the overall creative standard of marketing work
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in brand, campaign, or marketing creative roles at a SaaS company
- A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and campaign work
- Ability to develop ideas and translate them into clear visual direction
- Strong visual and conceptual skills
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas
- Interest in working in a technical, product-led environment
Experience in agency or campaign-driven environments is a strong plus.

Compensation
The typical starting salary range for this position is $134,600—$176,500 USD. In certain premium markets, a range of $152,300—$196,800 USD may apply.
