Job Summary:

As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our marketing creative initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to bring our brand to life and drive engagement across various channels.

Tasks

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values
  • Implement a cohesive, full-funnel and results-oriented paid social strategy through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other popular platforms
  • Execute on campaign KPIs, monitor and optimize paid social campaigns to ensure benchmarks are hit
  • Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work together
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as a key marketing contact; ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to maintain compliance to brand standards
  • Craft a compelling and cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and impactful content across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels
  • Develop and tell compelling stories that highlight the unique value proposition of our health tech solutions
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and on brand
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies into overall marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance

Requirements

Qualification and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or considerable practical experience.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in creative marketing roles, preferably within the health tech or related industry
  • Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), Figma, AI: Midjourney or DALL-E, other AI skills and Asana (Project Management)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, brand development, and content creation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Enthusiasm for the industry, platforms, and staying ahead of updates and changes to win.
  • Customer centric approach to marketing and analysis
  • Ability to influence across diverse set of stakeholders
  • Success managing multiple priorities and deadlines
