We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing team to drive product adoption, feature engagement, and reducing churn. You will create and execute marketing programs that help customers realize the full value of our products, increase usage, and strengthen loyalty. Your primary focus will be on delivering meaningful customer experiences that drive retention and long-term success.

The global campaigns team sits at the center of global priorities and regional needs—driving demand through customer-first campaigns. We are focused on creating programs against each stage of the customer lifecycle that resonate with our target audience and achieve our goals. It is important to have a global mindset and put the customer at the center of our strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing customer-focused campaigns that drive product and feature adoption, engagement, and retention (e.g., email nurtures, in-app messaging, webinars, tutorials, and product adoption programs).
  • Partnering with Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, and Product Marketing to identify high-value opportunities for engagement and churn mitigation.
  • Analyzing usage and engagement data to inform campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.
  • Partnering with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop and maintain content and resources that help customers maximize product value, including how-to guides, adoption tips, and success stories.
  • Supporting customer advocacy initiatives to showcase success stories, testimonials, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft compelling content and customer stories.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, digital) with dynamic coordination.
  • Show proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to track engagement and campaign performance.
  • Apply an analytical and persuasive mindset to report on program impact and Return on Investment.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$76,800.00

Maximum

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
