We are Systems, LLC a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

 

Job Summary

As the Design and Marketing Specialist, you are expected to participate in project kickoff meetings to gather all pertinent information upfront, including objectives, strategy, deliverables, and timelines. You will design and develop engaging visual content for a range of marketing materials, including ads, product documents, web pages, promotional materials, and corporate presentations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Communications, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and communication
  • Marketing experience

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to efficiently communicate to all levels of the organization or outside partners
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under little supervision and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the design of marketing material, communications, and presentations
  • 2+ years of experience with image and video editing
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a Matrix environment
  • Video production and/or editing

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Contribute to video and image production, including editing and layout adjustments
  • Build and maintain all graphics and visual material that promote brand recognition for each of the brands of Systems (Poweramp, McGuire, DLM, myQ)
  • Plan and execute each presentation, with little direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on messaging
  • Manage projects from initial concept and design through completion
  • Balance multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Work closely with the Chamberlain Group and Systems’ Marketing teams to align on the branding and communication style and own cohesive communication of strategic initiatives that reflect our organization’s culture and goals
  • Able to travel domestically on occasion (less than 10%)
