Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to work closely with our VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in digital marketing and expertise in graphic design and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.). This role involves managing posts through social media accounts, designing and executing email ad campaigns, and supporting various advertising initiatives. A key asset will be the ability to document product builds and everyday activities, creating engaging content without requiring direction on how or when to do so.
About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media channels.
- Know the ins and outs of creating Reels for Facebook/Instagram and Shorts for YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing, writing, and scheduling emails.
- Assist in creating digital marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and other relevant tools.
- Document product builds and everyday activities, creating engaging content independently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new advertising concepts and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or proven experience in lieu of a formal degree.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
- Expertise in graphic design and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to create content without needing detailed instructions.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
- Expertise in creating Reels for Facebook/Instagram and Shorts for YouTube.
- Ability to document product builds and everyday activities, creating engaging content independently.
- Proven track record of growing social media platforms and leveraging algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000 (commensurate with experience/qualification)
