Clover Sonoma is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate Manager to assist with digital communications activities across our social media channels, website, and blog as well as influencer marketing initiatives. This role will help increase Clover’s brand awareness, build community, and drive consideration and purchase across our portfolio of products. The ideal candidate is excited to work for a brand that is a leader in the dairy industry, has a passion for storytelling in the digital space, is results-oriented, and has worked on a fast-paced, in-house or agency, integrated marketing team.

 

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, this role will work alongside agency partners and requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail in addition to excellent writing, editing, and project management skills. This role is part creative, part analytical with the ability to understand KPIs and make optimizations.

Salary range: $69,400 – 81,600 DOE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with agencies to plan Clover Sonoma’s social media and influencer content across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic including, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Assist with editorial calendar, posting schedule, and community management for the company’s LinkedIn profile
  • Upload content to YouTube and Pinterest as needed
  • Assist with the development of engaging, educational, and inspiring content and captions including images, videos, and blog posts
  • Create and maintain an asset library for the Marketing Team to use
  • Manage product fulfillment for sample requests, giveaways, contests, and influencer campaigns
  • Draft influencer briefs outlining campaign goals, objectives, deliverables, key messages, and product information
  • Identify and assess potential influencers based on brand fit, audience demographics, and engagement metrics
  • Maintain websites including product imagery, uploading new content, copy edits, troubleshooting issues, updating blog/recipe posts, and other day-to-day needs
  • Contribute to company blog including writing, editing, posting
  • Work alongside the agency to improve SEO and determine KPIs to increase traffic and time-on-site
  • Work closely with IT on any issues or implementations that need to be made from a technical standpoint
  • Budget tracking and reporting

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience specifically in social media, influencer marketing, and website management
  • Experience with the ever-changing workings of social media platforms, consumer engagement, and strong awareness of the digital space. Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in website maintenance, making necessary edits, image upload, and blog writing. WordPress experience is desired.
  • Collaborative partner who knows how to work with cross-functional teams to integrate social media amplification and influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills and ability to adapt to brand voice and key messages across platforms
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and team members
  • Ability to photograph, film, and edit high-quality content to be used across social media channels and website
  • Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing trends, tools, and analytics
  • Excellent Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management skills and familiarity with platforms like Trello
  • Social photography and video skills and working knowledge with Figma, Canva, and Google Suite. Graphic design and Adobe Illustrator, are a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New media, or relevant field preferred
