The Digital Marketing Consultant plays a critical role within this framework. You will lead campaign design and deployment by calling upon first-hand expertise with a wide variety of marketing channels and tactics. You will have the interpersonal skills and professional polish to cultivate productive client relationships and coordinate seamless project execution.

OWN
- Confident, proactive client communications and coordination of internal and external team members to ensure seamless, exceptional project execution.
- Leadership of preliminary client discussions to identify their needs, gather their insight, and align expectations.
- Development of client marketing strategy:
- Define and prioritize market segment(s)
- Analyze key stakeholder perspectives / experiences
- Establish meaningful, differentiated value proposition
- Craft compelling messaging points
- Design of client digital marketing programs:
- Prioritize tactics and channels, including ad spend allocation
- Project impact to KPIs such as impressions, engagement, web traffic, and sales conversion
- Analysis and improvement of client digital marketing programs
LEAD
- Deployment and ongoing management of client digital marketing programs
- Incorporation of strategy into development of client creative assets
- Collaboration between client and project team members
SUPPORT
- Execution of other client engagements, primarily via the Marketing & Innovation Practice
- Internal marketing and business development efforts as needed (strategy development, internal / external content creation and distribution, proposal development)
EDUCATION
- 4-year degree from accredited institution (Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or other relevant major)
REQUIRED
- 3+ year(s) professional digital marketing experience
- General knowledge of marketing concepts, terminology, and strategies
- Digital marketing campaign design and management
- Direct experience with:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Organic and promoted social media programs
- Ability to navigate and create clarity within complex and uncertain circumstances
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
