Skechers
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Skechers’ Digital Group in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and projects. This is an entry-level position, focused on coordinating day-to-day tasks which support Skechers’ digital marketing strategy.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Assist and manage the digital content creation and implementation for Skechers.com
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the coordination of day-to-day tasks and campaigns to support Skechers’ digital marketing strategy
- Assist the Digital Marketing team to build, test, deploy, and analyze website marketing, promotional campaigns, and SMS campaigns
- Help manage web creative requests; following the request process and managing stakeholder communications
- Assist in organizing marketing campaign briefs and project management plans
- Maintain campaign / project progress reports, listing all on-going projects, due dates, statuses, etc.
- Assist in competitor research and prepare recap decks to share findings with wider Skechers team
- Communicate the status of campaigns to other campaign stakeholders
- Cross-train with other roles in the Digital department to assist as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid schedule
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, quick-moving environment
- Ability to manage projects across multiple teams and with competing priorities
- Ability to work with people of all corporate levels
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Fashion Merchandising or Marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields (internship and coursework experience considered)
The hourly rate is $25.00 – $30.00 USD.
