Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Worship Together digital marketing efforts by maintaining the systems and processes that deliver our content, songs, and experience to gatekeepers and consumers around the world, expanding the reach and influence of our worship songs, writers, and strategic partners.
Worship Together is a global hub for worship songs and a conduit that connects those who create and carry them. We serve creatives and leaders that serve the church by working collaboratively, developing ministry-minded strategies, creating compelling content, and championing diversity both culturally and stylistically.
How You’ll Create
- Populate and maintain Worship Together CMS (content management system) ensuring the integrity and organization of song data, marketing assets and video content.
- Utilize project management system to coordinate and monitor the scheduling and execution of all Worship Together marketing activity.
- Support the development and execution of song marketing plans for CCMG Label Group artist releases that collaboratively support the overall vision and strategy of the company. Ensure that all project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Optimize Worship Together playlists and profiles on priority platforms including overall social media support, Spotify, YouTube, app maintenance, SEO maintenance
- Monitor and gather analytics from all marketing channels. Deliver regular reports and analysis of traffic, sales, revenue, etc. for business review.
- Manage all customer service communications from Worship Together through regularly checking and replying to emails, comments on digital platforms, and any other communication platform Worship Together has with the consumer.
- Provide on-going support to Senior Director, Marketing by supporting priorities, major initiatives and all requests to connect songs & consumers.
- Coordinate video shoot and live event logistics and hospitality alongside the Worship Together team in a timely and efficient manner.

- Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, Canva, and other content creation platforms a plus
- Ability to read and audit music charts a plus
Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with church music and modern worship a plus
- Prior experience running and growing social media business accounts or other relevant digital marketing experience
- Proven experience with a content management system / web maintenance.
Education
- 4-year college degree preferred
