Role Overview
This role supports the marketing team to maintain an aggressive marketing calendar and is a key role as part of the JAN-PRO Systems International Marketing Team responsible for delivering digital marketing strategies, solutions, and marketing automation projects to drive growth and revenue for the system. A key component of this role is to analyze, track and report on data in support of digital marketing deliverables.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals with a focus on SEO and PPC to drive lead generation.
- Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), paid social media ads and display advertising, optimize ad spend, and ensure efficient lead generation through paid channels. Align PPC advertising with website content and landing pages for maximum conversion.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Work with Agency to optimize website content for search engines, oversee content marketing efforts and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.
- Website Management: Manage, maintain, and enhance the WordPress website to align with the brand’s identity, optimize campaign specific pages for lead generation, coordinate and project manage web projects, maintain content relevance, and implement SEO best practices. Ensure website content remains current and aligned with brand values.
- Marketing Automation: Identify and implement approved marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes and automate marketing tasks.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for franchisees to access to nurture leads and retain customers and coordinate email campaigns with website content and landing pages for brand consistency.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, website management, and email marketing, align with the brand’s core values and messaging.
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Track website analytics and email marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets for both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and making data-driven decisions.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website management, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and supporting lead generation campaigns and activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Outgoing and friendly, able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communication channels such as telephone, digital conference tools and email.
- Proven capability in supporting creative processes including copy writing needs, with an eye for detail.
- Project management skills to support lead strategy development.
- Ability to partner with internal and external teams and stakeholders to manage and execute on performance expectations.
- Problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Ability to be self-directed and demonstrable experience in decision making with limited guidance.
- Sales-oriented and goal oriented, self-starter able to work without constant supervision.
- Ability to travel as necessary – no more than 10% annually.
