We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in the Atlanta Area. This position is listed as a hybrid role, but can be fully remote for the right candidate.



Essential Functions:

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, utilizing channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and SEO .
  • Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including social media channels and Google Ads
  • Produce compelling multimedia content from longer form copy and video, including micro-video and basic graphics, to be published across various digital platforms.
  • Maintain the marketing automation database, helping to troubleshoot automation and lead management issues to ensure efficient delivery and tracking of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with team to develop strategy and execute tactics for blog and podcast series.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership to create, disseminate and report on revenue-driving activities across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with key marketing and strategic sales team members to develop and implement account-based marketing campaigns targeted at key prospects.
  • Collaborate with cyber security team to meet security and infrastructure protocols

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing operations required
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially reporting and campaign management
  • Strong marketing automation experience
  • Experience working on high-visibility, high-impact projects; cross-functional communication management
  • Ability to think creatively in testing new approaches for marketing automation, iterating based on feedback, and proactively suggesting ideas for improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Hubspot, marketing automation experience preferred
  • Strong WordPress experience preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing lead scoring models preferred
  • Experience operating in a coordinated campaign environment that includes paid search, SEO, display and social ad platforms preferred
  • Project management experience a plus

Travel:

  • This position could require travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation:

For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this type of position is 80,000-$120,000. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
