We are actively searching for a driven and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team at Abramson Labor Group. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the digital marketing expert providing both short- term and long- term strategy.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for various platforms.
- Manage implementation and maintenance of SEM best practices.
- Work with CMO to design and execute digital campaigns that drive leads to our website.
- Make campaign recommendations and data driven decisions.
- Analyse competitors to determine key points of difference for strategic planning
- Participate in all other marketing team activities and planning sessions.
- Assist in creating, localizing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator to develop compelling marketing materials for ads.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Exceptional grammar and writing skills are a must
- 5-7 years of prior marketing experience, in legal, B2C, or similar industry preferred.
- Experience running Facebook and Google campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms to execute campaigns and analyze results effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with creativity and project management abilities, are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
