Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of product launch processes, ensuring meets/exceeds sales and profitability objectives on new product initiatives. Develop and execute world-class launch deliverables.
- Support the execution of launch objectives, strategies, metrics, and contingency plans aligning with goals.
- Participate in the formation, planning, and orchestration of product launch activities.
- Study the product and market to develop rollout and mix strategies maximizing sales.
- Regularly review program status with commercial leadership.
- Identify market segments, value offers, and positioning for each solution.
- Support the development of sales messaging, 3 whys, and new tools or update existing ones.
- Develop and support the sales training plan.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing programs and promotions for assigned categories to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales Management to understand customer program needs, leading the development and execution of those programs.
- Support the strategy and development of the annual promotional calendar for assigned categories.
- Assist the Sales Organization in preparing program and promotional training materials.
- Market promotions to targeted customer segments through appropriate online and offline channels.
- Identify opportunities to develop support tools/processes that increase sales productivity and effectiveness in the field.
- Develop and execute the training curriculum in collaboration with the sales training team.
- Represent US Region launch readiness in CER, Global Marketing Planning, PDT, and Marketing Functional meetings.
- Develop customer success material, including testimonials, case studies, videos, and webinars.
- Collaborate with HEOR to ensure evidence generation projects meet US region needs.
- Support demonstrations at trade shows and customer visit activities (in person and virtual).
- Support RFP content development.
- Respond to sales team requests for support.
- Convey key stakeholder mapping and buying process in the pharmacy automation space through market intelligence.
- Support and participate in the creation and execution of US regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs.
- Additional Responsibilities and Leadership:
- Develop and execute aspects of marketing plans for assigned responsibilities.
- Participate as a Marketing Core Team Member on cross-platform technical teams.
- Work with customer-facing functions and internal functions to drive growth and alignment.
- Support US Region sales team for opportunity progression and conversion management.
- Ensure activities align with *** core values and comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the Marketing Core Team Member or Extended Team Member on key project teams.
- Develop and utilize market analyses and research to optimize the marketing planning process.
- Provide regular reports to Management on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience in the life science or medical device industry.
- Minimum of 2 years in product, market management, or sales.
- Experience in identifying Market Opportunities, Market Segmentation, Targeted Marketing, Competitive Analysis, Pricing Strategy, and Go-to-Market models and strategies.
