The role of Demand Generation Manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and will work with many organizational functions, including sales, marketing operations, product, partner marketing, events, and various service lines. This role requires someone agile with solid B2B demand generation experience, a results-oriented drive, and thrives on creating and managing demand generation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, and increase customer engagement across all digital channels.
  • Develop, plan, own, and execute end-to-end integrated demand generation marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, track KPIs, and measure pipeline performance, ensuring a strong ROI.
  • Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to drive additional lead generation opportunities.
  • Understand the full buyer’s journey and proactively consider how marketing can support at every stage.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Concentrix’s target audience, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide execution and logistics support before, during, and after live events and/or webinars that are part of an overall demand generation plan.
  • Identify target audiences and create digital and ABM campaigns that engage and convert.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to implement an effective feedback loop to optimize lead generation, follow-up strategies, lead management, improve pipeline acceleration, and maximize sales.
  • Analyze, communicate, and present results of marketing campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation role.
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or comparable marketing automation tools
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, ability to manage complex processes and timelines with a multitude of teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented and able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant experience with paid media and targeting (e.g. LinkedIn) and the use of social media management tools.
  • Good content writing skills.
