STRATACACHE is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital engagement and a holistic B2B digital strategy across the STRATACACHE family of marketing technology companies. STRATACACHE powers 3.3 million digital devices for global brands in retail, fast food restaurants, retail finance, entertainment and more and is well positioned for steady growth.
The ideal candidate has a data-driven, experimentation/fail-fast mindset and a consistent drive to: 1) Improve digital engagement across the STRATACACHE brand family; 2) Improve user experience; and 3) Maximize conversion rates across our B2B domains.
If you are passionate about the business value of digital marketing, the STRATACACHE Marketing team is looking for a polished, positive, and pragmatic individual contributor who excels at working collaboratively with an enthusiastic group of designers, writers, marketing automation and events specialists and brand experts.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with marketing and brand leadership to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our digital channels to drive high quality conversions through corporate websites, paid and organic social, and SEA/SEO efforts.
- Own the website strategy across four domains. Coordinate new web requests with the web team, ensuring that best user experience is implemented, and pages are optimized for SEO. Ensure that QA has been completed on new pages and that they appear as intended across browsers and devices.
- Lead, organize and manage WordPress instance and status of in-progress pages and page updates.
- Own organic search strategy, manage US-based SEO/SEA agency and advocate for the best SEO outcome across four B2B domains. Monitor keyword position and work to optimize new content.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, optimize landing pages with keywords and the most effective call-to-action.
- Collaborate to optimize Google Ads for the best possible conversion rate.
- Gather and analyze measurable analytics and existing performance reports to identify ways to improve performance across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing generalists and specialists to support the buyer journey.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a history of digital marketing:
- Creation of high-level SEO Strategies for 6 months to multi-year campaigns
- On-page SEO alignment and off-page SEO strategies (coordination & building of backlinks)
- Coordinate content writing with team writers
- WordPress building and maintenance
- Develop and optimize website improvement strategy, as well as comfort working with web developers and automation specialists
- Comfort working with IT teams and acting as liaison for backend IT needs and marketing team
- Experience running campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience managing a search program: writing SEO copy blocks, keyword research, back-linking and implementing new initiatives at speed and with care
- Experience with usability testing and conversion optimization
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred)
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to build clear, concise presentations and communicate actionable insight across the marketing team
- Great attention to detail with reporting, QA and ad copy while also having an eye on the larger digital marketing strategy
- Strong data analytics skills to extract actionable insights
- MUST be willing to work ONSITE in office Monday-Friday
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with:
- Google: Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
- WordPress
- Web tools such as: BrowserStack, Hotjar, SEM Rush
- Salesforce and Pardot knowledge are a plus
- Hootsuite or other social media management tool
