To support our growth, we are currently looking for a talented and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our global ecommerce team in downtown New York City. As part of this role, you will manage global paid media efforts to ensure the growth of the digital business.

This role will be hybrid: in-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.

Areas of responsibility

  • Partner with brand marketing team and merchandising teams on global integrated marketing calendar and deliverables while maintain brand consistency and standards
  • Strategize and supervise paid media efforts to drive quality traffic to the site using all digital channels (SEM,Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.)
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for media spend by channel
  • Manage performance marketing agency relationships and digital media partners
  • Drive retention marketing efforts through email and SMS
  • Daily campaign management and optimization in partnership with performance marketing agency
  • Monitor performance and share channel insights with key partners across teams
  • Post-campaign reporting on marketing-related KPIs, analytics, performance by channel and market
  • Support the development and technical teams for site tagging, UX updates and implementations of new tools
  • Research, pitch and test new activity, channels and platforms to grow sales and diversify marketing mix
  • Improve marketing attribution processes

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience e-commerce, digital marketing, or analytics, preferably for a premium apparel monobrand or an outdoor apparel brand operating internationally
  • Previous experience with the North American, EMEA, and APAC Markets preferred
  • Previous operational experience in the following channels: SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Email/SMS
  • Strong familiarity with technical topics related to ecommerce and digital marketing such as: attribution, cookie consent, tag management, link building strategies, DMP, Media API, data layers, TMS, pixels, product feeds, and more
  • Advanced knowledge and daily use of Google Analytics
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and extract actionable insights to drive growth
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • HTML – specifically when working with email service providers (CSS is a plus)
  • Experience with specification/requirement writing
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience of ecom and customer centric tools
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex concepts to various audiences
  • Test and learn mindset
  • Management skills to effectively elevate the team’s performance on a day-to-day basis
