We are a dynamic marketing strategy that has effectively helped build our brand across multiple channels via our website, paid search, social media and other direct initiatives. We are looking to bring talent in house to continue nurturing our client base, developing and executing our marketing strategies and managing our marketing partners.

As a Digital Marketing Manager directing multiple initiatives you will be interacting with the executive team, sales team, account management team, marketing partners and our clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate and drive existing efforts and work on building our marketing plans for the future.

This candidate will facilitate the mutual respect and effective communication vital to this process, while ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. A key responsibility will be to prioritize and proactively manage the marketing execution process to capitalize on the needs of the business in this dynamic marketplace. The Digital Marketing Manager will need to embody the cultural mantra “Delivering on our promises while creating positive experiences for customers and our employees.”

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand the current nature of our marketing landscape to analyze and assess the essential components.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, SEO resources and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

To Be Successful In This Role

  • 4+ years of professional experience with 1-2+ years of web, social and advertising marketing management experience preferable at a consumer tech company.
  • BA/BS in marketing communications with business management experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.
  • Experience and comfort talking to users to identify pain points.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure success.
  • A proven track record of marketing successful products.
  • An attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; hack, test and learn mentality; team player.
