As a Digital Marketing Specialist at PetDesk, you will be part of the agency services team, managing multiple client accounts and executing social media strategies. Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, handling community interactions, and supporting marketing performance through analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), including content creation and engagement
  • Design marketing and social media assets using Canva
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to manage client reputation
  • Use tools like Sprout Social for community management
  • Coordinate with customer success teams for strategy execution
  • Handle client requests via CRM/Zendesk systems
  • Analyze social media metrics and identify trends
  • Support client communication with SEO/PPC knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and strategically
  • Willingness to learn SEO, PPC, and digital marketing skills
