Requirements VMG Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team! We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital channels, content marketing, events, and CRM/email marketing. This role will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement while ensuring marketing projects are executed on time and tracked for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, webinars, and digital initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day social media scheduling, posting, and employee advocacy platforms (Oktopost, Clearview Social).
- Own the execution and logistics of email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking in HubSpot.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, A/B testing, and optimize based on KPI metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Update and optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and marketing materials for agreed upon target performance
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Manage marketing calendar and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on content, design, website initiatives, and digital marketing programs, including SEO, AEO, and paid media, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting.
- Support development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and SEO principles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing tools.
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
