This Digital Marketing Specialist will work on our Brand Strategy team, made up of Marketing and Creative professionals, focused on supporting the brand needs of our organization, our customers, our communities, and industry partners.

Position details/responsibilities…

  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing Content team to
    • build digital tactics, campaigns, and programs.
    • develop, edit, and distribute partner marketing communications.
    • develop websites, blogs, landing pages, and other CMS-based deliverables.
  • Invent, champion and manage new digital marketing programs, and data-led MarCom activities.
  • Optimize our website and its search engine performance, guiding best practices for higher search rankings.
  • Manage the structure and intake process of our project management software.
  • Monitor and evolve our digital platforms, their campaigns, programs, and integrations.
  • Provide analytics and insights related to the performance of our digital channels.
  • Maintain our marketing contact databases; leverage our enrichment tools to ensure our data is accurate, actionable, and complete.
  • Seek out opportunities to leverage data and automation in support of our company strategies; help to build, test, and execute those initiatives.
  • Identify and interpret digital trends in our industry, and patterns in our metrics to innovate our capabilities and overall GTM.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing operations and/or digital marketing
  • High proficiency with MarTech platforms/tools: Content Management Systems, Project Management Systems, eMarketing platforms, Analytics dashboards.
  • Experience in HubSpot is a preferred.
  • Positive, solutions-focused approach to projects and people; helps drive successful outcomes across teams.
  • Strong organizational, operational, analytical, and practical thinking; successfully manages ambiguity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; managing multiple projects at varying priorities and timelines.
  • Experience with Google platform (Analytics, Search, Ad Mgmt, Optimize, Tag Manager) is an advantage.
